Personally, I take on the bride + 2. Any additional bridal party members done by me are an additional fee. Depending on your party size, I bring an assistant with me so everyone gets done, and my assistant has a separate set fee.

My NYC day rate is $3,000 — bride + 2, the brides touch-ups through-out the day, and all communication from the date of booking through your wedding day. A half-day (bride + 2, up to 3 hours) is $1,500. Trial is $400. Extra touch-up time beyond the ceremony is $250/hour.
